Leucona Callous Oil
Pressure and friction cause the epidermis to thicken and harden, leading to the formation of callous and hard patches of skin. A really hard patch of skin can occur due to pressure on an area of callous on or under the foot, resulting in the development of a cone-shaped corn with a dense centre. The size of the affected area can be anything from a pinhead to a fingernail. Callous is not necessarily painful but there may be a burning sensation because friction in the shoes creates heat. The constituents of Leucona soften the horny areas of hardened skin. This keeps those areas of your skin that are exposed to friction and pressure supple and elastic.
